The following information is provided for new residents. For your
convenience, we have listed important information to make your
transition into your new home more comfortable. On behalf of the

Contact PECO prior to your schedules move-in day and have the service
placed in your name. Please allow at least 3 working days.

Water & Sewer: Applewood Limited Partnership 215-793-9311 |

All water & sewer charges are to be paid to Applewood Limited Partnership.
You will receive bills from Applewood form time to time. Please remit
payment promptly.

Telephone: Bell of Pennsylvania 1-800-640-4155 |
|
Contact Bell of PA to arrange for telephone installation. Each unit is
provided with two (2) telephone jacks; one in the kitchen; one in the
master bedroom. The telephone wiring is in place and can accommodate up
to two (2) incoming lines. Ask your Bell of PA Customer Service
Representative for details on types of services available.

Cable TV: Comcast 1-800-COMCAST |

All units are cable ready. Contact the cable service company for type
of services and rates. We recommend you call them well in advance since
there is a 5-10 day wait for installation.

Trash & Recycling: |
Trash Pickup is provided for your convenience and is scheduled
for Monday & Friday mornings. All trash is to be placed curbside on
Monday & Friday mornings only. All trash should be bagged in
PLASTIC trash bags. Do not place your trash out the evening before the
day of a scheduled pickup. ALSO, NO TRASH CANS PLEASE!
Recycling is encouraged for all residents. Place your green recycling
containers or buckets curbside on Monday mornings only. All bins must be
collected or returned to you storage room on the day of pickup. Please refer
to the recycling instructions given for additional information about the
recycling program.
