Maintenance and Emergency Repairs

We would like to clarify what you should do in case a repair is needed. Our staff is very good in checking the voice mail, where all the maintenance requests should be left after hours and on weekends, so please call 215-830-1387 first, and leave your telephone number and address.

However if you should fail to get a response within a reasonable amount of time and the emergency is of a NO HEAT, or LEAKY PIPE situation, the contractors that can provide you with repair services are:
